When placing an order online, we accept the following methods of payment:

If you are unable to pay with a debit or credit card, our sales offices takes other forms of payment methods. Contact our Sales Team for a quotation.
Carriage
Orders processed before 3:00pm will be sent the same day through express delivery (UK Mainland only).
As of 10th January 2022, our service charges are as follows:

All orders over 25kg will need to be sent through a pallet. Pallet carriage charge (GBP) – £75 per pallet.
All prices quoted for export orders are EX WORKS. EX-WORKS – collection only – customer is responsible for arranging the collection of their order.
Returns
We are confident that the products you purchase will be suitable for your application. Should you wish to return any items for any reason, please contact our Customer Services team directly for agreement to receive the items back. Thank you.
Return Conditions
Any product return must be authorised by Dalroad Norslo. We will issue a returns authorisation number that must be sent with the product return.
Products must be standard stock items, special order items may not be returned unless it is a warranty claim. Where applicable all products must be returned with factory default set-up. Where applicable all custom installed software must be removed prior to return.
If agreed, non-warranty returns must be returned in its original packaging, which must be clear from any additional packing tape or markings of any kind. Cables either connected to product or loose must not be cut or altered in any way. All instruction or user manuals supplied with the product must be returned with the product. The lot numbers on the product and the outer packaging must match.
Each return may be subject to a handling fee, which can be advised on request when speaking to Customer Services. This handling charge is dependent on the return meeting the above conditions and may vary when items are received and inspected.
If a returned product within its warranty period is found to be faulty Dalroad maintain the right to decide whether to repair it or replace it with a new or service exchange product. It is at Dalroad’s discretion whether or not to issue a credit for the product
